• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States.
• By entering, you grant Kerasal® permission to use your photo in perpetuity in any medium.  
• Only one entry is allowed per person. By submitting a photo, you are stating that you took the photo and own the rights to the photo. All submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 30, 2023.

1. The contest is open for online submissions only, through the landing page here.
2. Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
3. No submissions will be accepted after the deadline ends.
4. Photos must be at least two megabytes, with a maximum file size of 9 megabytes. Images should have at least 200 pixels per inch, or a JPEG resolution of 2240 x 1680. Photos must be in JPEG/JPG/PNG format.
5. You may submit as many entries per contest as you wish, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the contest specific rules. However, you will be able to upload only one image at a time using the websites upload function.
6. You are required to provide a unique title and photo description for each submitted image.
7. Basic editing, including colour enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the Photo(s).
8. Every image uploaded is subject to a moderation process before it becomes visible on the contest page. Kerasal reserves the right to evaluate and disregard any submitted image at our discretion.
9. Photos that portray or otherwise include inappropriate and/or offensive content, including provocative nudity, violence, human rights and/or environmental violation, and/or any other content deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural & moral traditions, are strictly prohibited and will be immediately discarded.
10. A participant who submits any such photos may be permanently banned, subject to Kerasal’s discretion, from participating in any future contests.

1. Submitted photos must be original, created, and/or taken by the contestant. Acceptable photos cannot contain any materials owned or controlled by a third party for which you have not obtained a license, and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
2. Kerasal respects photographers’ copyrights and copyrights shall remain vested with the creator of the image. Upon making the submission, you grant Kerasal, a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, adapt, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, exhibition, and commercial products (this includes any sales of products utilizing the photograph). Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. Kerasal will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

Social Media and Content Conduct

By participating in Kerasal’s contests and promotions, participants agree to maintain a level of conduct on their personal social media platforms that aligns with Kerasal's brand values and image. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Abstaining from publishing, sharing, or promoting sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content. This includes content shared or promoted on subscription-based platforms known for provocative content, such as OnlyFans.
2. Not soliciting or promoting financial compensation for any activities directly or indirectly related to Kerasal’s contests, promotions, or products outside of the contest rules and the prizes officially offered by Kerasal.
3. Keeping interactions respectful, positive, and family-friendly. This is in line with Kerasal's commitment to creating an inclusive, safe, and welcoming community for all of our users.

Violation of any of these points may result in disqualification from the contest, forfeiture of any prizes, and/or being barred from future participation in Kerasal’s contests and promotions. Furthermore, Kerasal reserves the right to revoke any awarded prizes if a winner has violated these terms of conduct, even if the discovery of such violation occurs after the prize has been awarded.

In the event that a participant's conduct outside of Kerasal's direct platforms (including, but not limited to, third-party websites, social media platforms, and subscription services) is deemed to be in violation of these terms, Kerasal reserves the right to take any and all actions deemed appropriate and necessary, up to and including legal action.

The participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own content and the consequences of its publication. Kerasal does not endorse any content, opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed by participants, and Kerasal expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such content.

This Social Media and Content Conduct clause is part of Kerasal's Terms and Conditions, which all participants agree to by entering a Kerasal contest or promotion. By accepting a prize from Kerasal, winners confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this clause.
